The coronation show for the 2010 Miss Jamaica Universe, will be held on Saturday, July 3. Naturally, the winner will represent Jamaica in the Miss Universe 2010 pageant (the 59th Miss Universe pageant), at a venue and date to be announced.
Invyte Production are the new franchise holders for the Miss Jamaica Universe pageant, and they’re promising a memorable weekend of activities. Notably, there will be over J$10 million dollars in cash and prizes for the 2010 Miss Jamaica Universe pageant, thus making it one of the richest pageant events in Jamaica’s history.

Hope the contestants are great this year; i all ways think that Miss Jamaica World get a better seto f contestant than Miss Jamaica Universe. but rumour as it that a former Miss Jamaica World and television host might be entering the pageant this year…..:)

If Jamaica wants a Miss Universe winner then Yendi Phillips is it. She has the package to win at Miss Universe and if not crowned as Miss Jamaica Universe then we can forget about it this year again!

Miss World yes, but we have never had a Miss Jamaica going on to win the Miss Universe crown. Best wishes Jamaica for a Miss Universe in 2010.
