We hope you enjoy this picture flashback to 1989 – Miss Jamaica Universe of the day, the beautiful Sandra Foster, who went on to become a semi-finalist in the international version of the competition by placing in the top ten. She was also the first Jamaican beauty queen to win both the Miss Jamaica World and Miss Jamaica Universe titles, when she won the Miss Jamaica World competition in 1991.

she is a unique creation of beauty. though she never won miss world or miss universe she is the epitome of a first class international beauty queen.

Went to high school with her (a year ahead). She is definitely the most beautiful queen Jamaica has ever had. It is obvious that her beauty is both within and without. It is further inspiring to know that she is a child of God. May God bless you and your family, Sandra.
